About Daniel Mabis

Mr. Mabis began his legal career at one of the biggest insurance defense firms in Michigan where he defended negligent people on behalf of large insurance companies.  It was here that Mr. Mabis became familiar with the ins and outs of insurance companies and how to fight and beat them.  Fed up with the manner in which insurance companies handled their claims and their treatment of injured people, Mr. Mabis determined to go to work for himself, representing those injured by the negligence of others.   Mr. Mabis has become one of the best trial attorneys in America.

Mr. Mabis received his law degree, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1998, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Research and Writing, Scholarly Writing I and Scholarly Writing II.  While in law school, Mr. Mabis won the Thomas M. Cooley Moot Court Competition.  Following law school, Mr. Mabis worked as a research attorney for Judge Stanley J. Latreille of the Livingston County Circuit Court.
